Quest for Justice & Decent Work
Workplace Magazine is a distinguished publication dedicated to advancing excellence in Nigeria’s evolving world of work. Founded by Dr. Comrade David Kayode Ehindero, our magazine serves as an essential platform for senior professionals, industry decision-makers, policymakers, and organisational leaders who seek strategic insights and pragmatic solutions to workplace challenges in the 21st century.

Our Origin & Leadership
Dr. Davide Kayode Ehindero, a seasoned leader and career development specialist in organisational transformation and workplace strategy, established Workplace Magazine in 2019 under the banner of the Nigeria Workforce Strategy and Enlightenment Centre (NIWOSEC). His vision was to elevate workplace discourse in Nigeria by blending rigorous research, African perspectives, and real-world practicality. Under his ambition, Workplace Magazine has become a reputable forum for thought leadership—where scholarship meets street-level insight.
