TikTok sensation Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, popularly known as Peller, has acquired a luxury mansion in Lekki, Lagos, reportedly worth ₦350 million, local media confirmed on September 3, 2025. The influential content creator shared the news during a live chat with fellow influencer Sandra Benede.
The property, located on Chevron Drive, is expected to be ready for occupancy by October 2025. In his Instagram announcement, Peller celebrated the milestone:
“Look at me. God has been so good to me, and I’m so grateful to God and my fans all around the world. Congratulations to me. Finally got a place where I can be loud without landlord wahala.”
Peller clarified during the stream that his TikTok earnings were not the sole source of funding. He revealed that several wealthy individuals have supported him financially, asking to remain anonymous in the process.
“People shouldn’t think it’s just TikTok money. I get deals on the low. Sometimes, wealthy people send me money and ask me not to mention their names. But once the house is fully set, I’ll reveal them.”
At just 20, Peller has grown into one of Nigeria’s prominent digital creators, amassing a large following across TikTok and other platforms. According to his Wikipedia entry, he has accumulated 17.6 million followers and 464.1 million likes, becoming a leading voice in Nigeria’s digital entertainment landscape.
